So are school teachers supposed to be nuns that don't have sex?
Are school teachers only supposed to have sex their spouses??
Sounds like the hypocrites in government schools are more concerned
about a lot of things other then educating the children.
This may be over the heads of the administrators and bureaucrats at this Ventura County School district, but every one of us humans is a result of two people having sex!!!! I guess this web page will be censored by the Ventura County School district to keep the kiddies from finding out that. If the principles put as much energy into educating the kids as they put into witch hunts like this they might actually educated the children. Southern California teacher placed on leave over allegations she participated in porn video By Associated Press, Published: March 7 OXNARD, Calif. — Student claims that a junior high teacher was moonlighting as a porn star were initially dismissed after school officials said they couldn’t find any images of her on the Internet. The investigation was quickly restarted, however, when other teachers showed them downloads from smartphones, and the officials realized the school computer system blocked access to sex sites. “I saw parts of the video,” Oxnard School District Superintendent Jeff Chancer said Wednesday. “It’s hardcore pornography.” The teacher at Richard B. Haydock Intermediate School in Oxnard was placed on paid administrative leave Monday. Her name was not released, but a school site administrator believes she’s the one seen in the video, Chancer said. Officials said no district students were seen in the video. On Tuesday, the district sent a letter to parents of students at all three of its junior high schools, asking that their children not search Internet sex sites for the teacher’s image. “’It has been alleged that one of our teachers is depicted in at least one pornographic video and possibly others on the Internet,” Chancer said in the letter. Asked f the curiosity of 12-, 13- and 14-year-olds might actually be piqued by such a notice, he said, “I don’t know.” Chancer wouldn’t say if the teacher acknowledged or denied it was her image on the video. He also declined to give her age or other information, saying that involved a personnel matter. The teacher’s contract does not contain a moral turpitude clause, but Chancer said the California Education Code outlines employment conditions that could lead to her being disciplined or fired. “We’re trying to determine if there’s a nexus on what she does on her own time and what she does in the classroom,” he said. The Oxnard Police Department was also notified, but spokeswoman Monica Munoz said there is no criminal investigation. The allegations first came to light when student rumors swept the Southern California campus on Friday, the Ventura County Star (http://bit.ly/Au72Le) reported. After their initial investigation, school officials sent an email to staff members reporting the rumors were unfounded. That same day, however, the two teachers came forward and showed administrators the link on their cell phones. School officials met with other teachers, and Chancer said they were satisfied with the district’s response. ___ Information from: Ventura County Star, http://venturacountystar.com Junior high teacher on leave over porn video charges Mar. 7, 2012 12:37 PM Associated Press OXNARD, Calif. -- Students have been asked not to search Internet sex sites for a teacher who may have been moonlighting as a porn star, a Southern California school district said in a letter to parents. The Haydock Intermediate School teacher, whose name hasn't been released, was placed on paid administrative leave this week while the Oxnard School District investigates the sex video allegations. The video does not involve any district students. "It has been alleged that one of our teachers is depicted in at least one pornographic video and possibly others on the Internet," superintendent Jeff Chancer said in the Tuesday letter to parents at the district's three junior high schools. "We are asking teachers to discourage the children from searching for and/or visiting these inappropriate sites," Chancer wrote. Chancer was asked Wednesday if the curiosity of 12-, 13- and 14-year-olds might actually be piqued by the notice. "I don't know," he said. There's no moral turpitude clause in the teacher's contract, Chancer said. Oxnard teacher accused of moonlighting in porn By Cheri Carlson Posted March 6, 2012 at 4:14 p.m. A teacher at an Oxnard junior high school was put on paid administrative leave this week after allegations surfaced that she participated in a pornographic video, district officials said Tuesday. The teacher at Haydock Intermediate School, which includes seventh and eighth grades, was not named by school officials, who said the video did not involve any Oxnard School District students. "The teacher has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation of the allegations," Superintendent Jeff Chancer said. The investigation will look into whether the teacher actually was involved in such a video. "My biggest concern right now is the effect it will have on the learning of our children that we serve," Chancer said Tuesday. The allegations first came to the attention of school administrators on Friday. Some students had spread a rumor that one of the teachers was a porn star, Chancer said. Haydock administrators investigated but didn't find any evidence that the rumors were true. They sent an email to staff members saying the rumors were unfounded. Later that day, however, a few teachers reported to school officials that they thought the rumors might be true, based on information they had found online. Chancer sent a letter home Tuesday to parents of students at the district's three junior high schools, informing them about the incident. "Since the allegation surfaced, the information has spread quickly throughout the district," he said in the letter. "We are concerned that students may attempt to view or access inappropriate sites and possibly attempt to post links to pornographic material on their Facebook site and other social media sites." Students cannot access such sites through school computers, which have filters that block access. But Chancer cautioned parents that students might be able to access inappropriate websites on their smartphones and computers outside schools. "We are asking teachers to discourage the children from searching for and/or visiting these inappropriate sites," he said in the letter. "We ask that you be particularly vigilant over the next few days with respect to the Internet content being accessed by your child on his or her telephone or other Internet-ready devices." Haydock Intermediate also made headlines in 2010, when officials investigated allegations that a boy and girl engaged in oral sex in the back of a classroom while the rest of the class watched an educational film. The investigation was completed, but district officials declined to give details about their findings, citing privacy rights of staff members and students. Assistant Superintendent Sean Goldman did say Tuesday there was no connection between the two incidents. The most recent allegations involve a teacher's behavior outside of school in her private time, officials said. To take steps such as disciplinary action or termination, officials likely would have to make a connection that the teacher's private life was affecting learning in the classroom, according to the district. "If it is true, is that someone we want teaching our children? That's the question we have to answer," Chancer said. State law outlines crimes that prevent employees from working in a public school setting. In this case, however, no one has been accused of committing a crime. State law also outlines other conditions related to employees working in a public school, such as moral turpitude. Someone guilty of such conduct could be disciplined up to and including termination, officials said. |
