From the photo I suspect that light rail is really a government welfare program for the multimillion dollar hotels, bars and professional sports teams that are along the light rail line.
In this ad it says you can use your ticket to the Suns game as you light rail ticket.
I wonder how much the taxpayers are subsidizing this practice.
