'Do Not Call' program is a joke Apr. 29, 2012 06:33 PM If the government wants to save money, why doesn't it shut down the national "Do Not Call" system? Those people are obviously doing nothing for their paycheck. The calls slowed for a while on my home phone, but now I get as many calls as before I listed all of my phones. The calls on my cellphone cost me in minutes as well as the annoyance. I tried reporting the unsolicited calls for a while, but it did no good whatsoever. That program is a waste. Ed Hauk |
